We are recruiting for an IT Helpdesk Supervisor to start as soon as possible at our Head Office. The successful candidate will have a burning passion for IT and a minimum 18 months experience in a similar IT Support/Service desk role. You will possess excellent organisational skills and be comfortable working to deadlines on a busy IT helpdesk answering/assigning calls and tickets and be a point of escalation to the helpdesk technicians. Ensuring SLAs are adhered to and call waiting times kept to a minimum.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 4.30pm with a one hour break for lunch
