HR ADMINISTRATION assistant
Chichester Depot | Full-Time | 39hpw
You’ll provide a proactive, professional HR administrative service, ensuring compliance and great people support across the organisation.

Some of the key duties within this role include:
-
General administration to include filing, typing, data entry, shredding, printing, scanning and receiving incoming calls.

To organise and carry out new starter inductions. Record paperwork on new starter spreadsheet and HR System. Make up New Starter folders.

To carry out new starter checks including references, right to work in the UK documentation, driving licences, payroll information etc.

To check daily the HR Inbox and process applications accordingly.

To regret unsuccessful applicants and update the applicant database.

To carry out telephone interviews with potential applicants and feedback answers to the recruiting manager.

To arrange interviews and ensure that the necessary paperwork is sent out.

Track, monitor, evaluate, report and feedback on Now and Next Review completion activity.

To process all leavers at the end of each month in accordance with the leaver checklist

To process all training completed on the Covers Academy

To be successful in the role, you must:

Have previous experience customer service or administration experience
-
Be able to maintain confidentiality at all times

Have a strong focus on customer service to enhance the credibility of the HR function
-
Be capable of using own initiative
-
Be an effective and confident communicator
-
Seek to continuously improve HR processes for the benefit of the team and the business

Be a team player with positive "can do" attitude
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday from 08:00am to 17:00pm with a one hour break for lunch, Fridays from 08:00am to 16:00pm with one hour break for lunch
