Based at our Covers Home Ideas store in Chichester, you will become an integral part of a busy branch dealing with sales enquiries over the telephone and in person. You will be advising customers on our vast range of products, negotiating prices and building relationships with customers.

You will represent the branch and assist with the growth of the business, working as a team to exceed sales targets. You will ensure that the needs of the customers are dealt with quickly and efficiently whilst providing a service that ensures that customers return on a regular basis.

Working with both trade and retail customers you will be required to visit sites, assess customers needs and follow up with designs and quotations for the customers.

Previous experience on a trade counter or within an internal sales / telephone sales role is essential. Full training on kitchen design software will be provided.

You must be sales driven, have excellent customer service skills together with a good telephone manner and the ability to work well within a team.

Hours of work are Monday to Saturday from 07.30am to 17.00pm with a one hour break for lunch and a rota day off during the working week.
