Bexleyheath Depot | Full Time | Ave 46 Hours
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join our team at our Bexleyheath Depot.
The role is to assist in operating the depot in a profitable and efficient manner. As this is primarily a sales orientated role, the Assistant Manager will be required to work in the sales office on a day to day basis by leading and motivating the sales team towards the achievement of the Company objectives and targets.
Applicants must have relevant experience including extensive knowledge of timber and building materials, previous sales experience and experience in managing a small team. Knowledge of a Builders Merchant transport system and route planning is advantageous but not essential.
You must be a highly motivated and well organised individual who enjoys working towards targets and has excellent communication skills.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday from 07.30am to 17.00pm with a 45 minute break for lunch and 1 in 2 Saturdays from 07.00am to 11.30am
